Su soa seaweed is scare of seaweed for making agar agar. It is similar and know as geledium.
Its Thallus are small size, up to 7-10 cm high in the larger species, formed by several tufted.
On market there are two types : raw agar seaweed and washed agar seaweed with low dust for making food in Vietnam called " su soa "
